Hello SSC aspirants,

Job seekers paradise Staff Selection Commission(SSC) just released the List of eligible candidates for appearing Tier 2 of  CHSL exam. The examination date of Tier 2 for DEO/LDC candidates is on 9th July 2017. Soon the Staff Selection Committee will upload the Admit card in SSC Website. SSC has already uploaded the Region wise Mark list of everyone who attended the exam and people who cleared the category wise Cut-off mark can Download the Admit card as soon as SSC uploads it.

Staff Selection Commission conducted the Combined Higher Secondary Examination, 2016 from 07.01.2017 to 08.02.2017 in Online mode for the posts of Lower Division Clerk(LDC), Postal Assistant(PA), Data Entry Operator(DEO) in Post Offices all around India.

Out of 30,57,993 candidates appeared in the said Examination 53,201 Candidates selected for the Tier 2 Descriptive Exam.

The Descriptive Paper of Tier 2 will be held on 9th July 2017 for the LDC/DEO positions.

The Minimum marks for qualifying the exam would be 33% of total marks. Candidates have the option to write the exam either in Hindi or English.

Candidates who use  both English and Hindi to answer the questions will be rejected. The basic objective of the Descriptive exam is to find candidates who are well versed either in English or Hindi.

Since tier 3 is of qualifying nature the final selection will be based on marks obtained in tier1 and tier2 examinations.

SSC CHSL Pattern for Tier 3 Examination

  • SSC Conducts Skill test for Data Entry Operator and Typing tests for LDC/PA positions.
  • In Skill test, you have to type an English printed material in 15 minutes. Candidates should possess 8000 key depression per hour which essentially translates into 27 wpm. Candidates who apply for DEO position have to type in English.

Typing test is for PA/LDC applicants. They have to possess a minimum typing speed of 35wpm for English and 30 wpm for Hindi language.

When you click on Results Tab a new window will Pop Up

From that window click on Chsl Tab

Then you can see the Regional wise marks list

Find your Name from that List
